| During Phase I (94-96) the project concentrated mainly on advisory services for the forestry sector. The aim for Phase II (upto 2000) is to put more emphasis on suprasectorial land use planning, supporting advisory services in the agricultural sector as well as the improvement of the infrastructure besides the implementation of forest management plans in communal and state forests. |
