| The project provides advisory services for:- the development of a strategy/concept for maintaining Ethiopian forest genetic resources, - the promotion of an awareness campaign within government bodies and the general public, - the establishment of the necessary institutional capacities as well as the a genetic bank and ex-situ stand of endangered tree and shrub species, - the demarkation and securing of in-situ protected areas for suitable and priority species and forest eco systems. |
