| In phase II of the project (01/95-12/98) the main objective of the project is to improve the self help capacity of the local population in the Churia region in respect of natural resources management. Main activities are the handing over of government forests to the residents, watershed management, income generating measures as well as implementation of fuel wood reducing technologies. |
