| Phase II of the project started in 08/96 with new GTZ-personell. On paper a natural resource protection strategy exists since the end of phase I. The main objective of phase II is to implement this strategy with tangible activities in the fields of forestry and nature conservation. However, the scope of industrial environmental protection has been completely deleted. |
