| The project, designed for 12 years upto 2004, aims at drawing up and implemention of methods for a sustainable management of natural resources in the watershed areas of the Black River in close collaboration with the resident population.Main elements are:- communal land use planning, development of adapted forestry and agro-forestry land use methods and the implementation of an agricultural and forestry extension service. The German contribution is being implemented by GfA-Consulting. |
