Project Objectives:
The objectives of the project are: To assist in the preparation of memoranda for the visits of project preparation teams. To deal with technical queries raised by the British Council in Beijing To provide general technical help in relation to monitoring project preparation missions for the three proposals on tree improvement, site degradation and wood use. To serve as a Forestry Adviser to EAsD (DFID) in respect of new forestry projects in China when the Adviser is unavailable.
