Project Objectives:
As a preliminary step to identify 2-3 large scale undermarcated farmers (LSUF) farming at two different scales (eg 6000 - 100 000 fiddans). To establish observation plots of 100 hectares each within the schemes of 2 or 3 co-operating farmers. To monitor the entire production system on each plot to include Cultivation, Seeding, Plant protection, Harvesting and Storage.
